Price specified or agreed to is "net" price. Meaning that's what I want to end up with. Payment can be cash, check (personal check ok), money order, cashier's check, Zelle. You want to pay with paypal? Sure, as long as I end up with the net quoted/agreed to price. paypal friends/gift. I can calculate paypal as purchase (with fees) prices that will give the net price. Don't like the paypal policy? I understand, no problem, no hard feelings, if that is the case, I urge to pass on the transaction. You have several other options for payment.
